PaceRox is a race planner, not an ad platform. No account, no database, no marketing cookies. Below, in plain language, you'll find exactly what we do process and why.
TL;DR
- No account or email required.
- Your race plan lives in your URL, not on our servers.
- Vercel Web Analytics only loads after your consent; Speed Insights (cookieless Web Vitals) runs to keep the planner fast.
- We store two 1st-party cookies: your cookie choice and (if you adjust them) your RoxZone transition times.

results.hyrox.com (Mika:Timing)
When you use "Compare with a race", we send your search (last name, first name, gender, division) to results.hyrox.com to fetch the splits.
results.hyrox.com ↗Vercel (hosting & analytics)
PaceRox is hosted on Vercel. Vercel always sees request metadata (IP, user-agent, route) for hosting, and runs Speed Insights (cookieless Web Vitals, no PII) on every page so we can keep the planner fast. Vercel Web Analytics only fires after your consent.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. Because PaceRox has no accounts or persistent storage of personal data, there is nothing to erase for most data: it lives only in your own browser. For questions or a formal request: email us.
